Call action base web url

How i can call action :
If webview url change then call action1
Web url change then call action2
Web url change call action3
Web url change then return to call action1
(Call action in loop 1 2 3, 1 2 3, 1 2 3 …)

i thinbk you can use, current url is not equal to home url or specific url, you can call the action

I have try several times, but i cant set logic for loop 1 2 3, 1 2 3 …
