If you want to acces or do some action in andoid, user must give the app that permission. For example if you make gallery app, user while installing or using that app must grant permission for files, sd card etc. Otherwise your app will not work

@Mika sir in my case I create a Whatsapp Group App .I use spreadsheet for store and display data and i use lotti
componenet for animation but my app till request call permission .I just confusion why its need this permission

The Lottie component does not need any permission.
I looked at our code and there is no permission needed or added.
