I made that knowingly cause those top 3 or 4 games are the attractive games so to attract more people and make a bit different design than the others i did that

Yes you can put it in play store, remember to use google play billing for redeem options.
No you can’t publish it on store, Because it contains wallet option play store don’t support any third party payment system rather than Google Payments.
if we cant use other payment apis except Google payments then what are the use of apis i think you are wrong @Heeran
You can use other payment gateways as well but you are compelled to implement google in app billing with other methods
