i want to make a app in which i want a support of floating window , so can i do that in kodular ?

I think you are talking about an small icon floats on another app like recording and iphone settings icon.
If yes then not possible
Else provide image for reference or explain more

It’s possible to create a custom dialogue using Create Custom Dialogue block using Notifier component but that is limited within your app only, meaning it can’t be accessed outside your app(like the one described in your provided screenshot)
And also the created custom dialogue(within the app) can’t be dragged
