Can we upload the apk file we build in kodular to app gallery huawei?

If we upload our apps to huawei app gallery, do we need ad aproval? As we all know if our app is published in google play there is no need for ad aproval, is it same for huawei app gallery?
Addition: I uploaded my app to huawei app gallery and its rejected about many reasons. One of them is “ads system doesnt work” it means if your app is not approved for ads you can not upload it to huawei app gallery. I dont mention this a.gray.inventor false positive issue. Huawei app gallery is a big regret.
