Cannot connect to Companion

Could someone please help me?
It is quite impossible to connect to Companion. I get the message Connection failed.

Tried with Chrome, Firefox, Opera,
Connection or Export to Android App,
typing password or scanning QR code.

I don’t use any VPN.
Is there any problem with the servers?

It is a known bug

Use 5C.3 version with secureVPN app choosing uk as server else use bluestacks
