Can't find "Call Alert Error Message Block"

Hi,
I want to test my app with this block to see what error message I get, as my app not showing real ads. Could someone let me know please where can I find this block? I went through all the blocks over and over, but did not see this block as attached.

Thanks. I am gonna try it now. By the way, could you give me a link for submitting an app to the Kodular Management for approval? I don’t see anything in my account here where creating an app. I think, it’s another link for it, but not sure.
