canvas larger than screen size, cannot scroll horizontally

I’m trying to implement a map app with a map image which is larger than the screen size. Since image sprites cannot be larger than the canvas, I made the canvas larger than the screen and set the screen to scrollable. However, I am now unable to move my map horizontally.

I quite didn’t understand

U can use Google map component which works perfectly

And if you are making a virtual map you should look for a

extension/extension developer

Idea-
You can upload image online and use web viewer
Because you can move it completely
