Change the order of dynamic component

Hi.
In an app that I’m working on, when you press a “create” button an horizontal arrangement is generated, with some other elements inside, all of them created with dynamic components. It is possible to delete any of them and add another ones. So far so good.
But I don’t know how to change the order of the horizontal arrangements (they are all inside an scroll vertical arrangemet). It is possible? Please, any similar case or an approach would be appreciated.
