Changing programmatically the background color of arrangements defined as "iscard" doesn't change borders color

Describe your issue

When a Vertical/Horizontal Arrangement is defined as “iscard”, changing the background color at runtime doesn’t change the borders color.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Create a Vertical/Horizontal background, assign a color from the designer. In the Block editor assign the Vertical/Horizontal_Arrangement.Background Color.to method to a different color and “Do it”.

Expected Behaviour

The Arrangement should change color in its totality.

Actual Behaviour

The borders of arrangement remain in the previous color.

Samsung Note 8 (Android 8.0.0)
