Chat View Not Adding Message

Hi,
I am Using Chat View on a New Project and I tried to Add A Message into the Chat View But its not working. I have tried with the Companion App only and havent Build It yet. What seems to be the problem? I have Attached the Screenshots Below Of the Blocks

Checked it but Why Does it not work in Any Horizontal Arrangement?

Let me Get this Clear,
When i first Placed the Chat View Inside a Horizontal Arrangement It was not adding Any Messages but when i Removed it from the Horizontal Arrangement it started adding Messages into the Chat View.
