Delete Kodular Email

Hey Koders, I wanted to impliement Google Ad manager in My app. For that i needed a Child Account. So Kodular Says that You need to Atleast 1 app approval. So I applied and got the Approval. But When i go to my Payment Section I got this “An invitation to sign up for Google Ad Manager has been sent to your email”, But the Problem is I created this account around 2 or 3 years ago, and I don’t have that email id, i just have my email and Password. So please tell me what do i do now? Can any Kodul…
