Is it possible to add a custom chrome inside the app???

Looking at your username my first question is, are you going to distribute movies for free?
If that is the case i would stop right now because then you will start making an app for nothing because that is not allowed.

Chrome Custom Tabs are currently an experimental component. You can enable the experimental section from the settings dialog.
To go to the settings dialog, click the account button in the top right and select the “Settings” menu item
