The problem is not RAM memory. My MI 6 has 6GB RAM and it not work
The question remains where this image 
comes from.
This question might only be answered by the developer of the Circular_Progress component.
That image is standard across Android, as far as I know. On the stock devices I have (a Motorola G5 and a Pixel 3), the same image is used across all apps when battery saver is switched on. Might be hard-coded into the Android widget, for we haven’t added such a fallback image.
