show the exact time in Hours and minutes

You will never get the exact time from the Clock component, but you can display the correct time format:
HH:mm:ss with this extension:

Time format - Millis to [HH:mm:ss] and [days + HH:mm:ss]

To get only hours and min [HH:mm] try this:
