Did you update your companion to 1.5.2 Fenix? If so, first run will be showing like this only for few sec, then it will appear. Me too experienced this too. I am using Android version less than 10…

Wait for few minutes(nearly 33sec in my ippo neo7), it will open… we are doing test with latest companion only…
