Compile Error on project with nothing

Hi I am a premium user. Today when i wanted to create a new project wiithout any blocks or anything i get this error

Kodular is unable to compile this project.
The compiler error output was

I have looked but all cases mentioned are different from mine. I have not even started to design and build the project. any ideas?

Just a quick update here the issue occurs when you try to create a new project from the “My projects page”. If you open an existing project then create a new project from there it works!!! very strange!
