Confused... again File

Hi All

Ive uploaded a txt file to the server (the same place as all my PHP files).

and Im reading it like a php (see block)

but I get a 2101 Error, which according to the documentation (perhaps @Peter can help here) means

but here it is.… only with an error.

These are the block, not terribly complicated but…
