I have little confusion about if i buy kodular premium can i use Monetization components except admanager and admob and if i use other components like startapp applovin facebook unity ads do i have to activate kodular monitize with premium, and another thing my premium membership expires then ads serving will be ended also or will be continued
Hi dear,
All your questions have answers in the official documentation.
Enabling Kodular Monetize
You do not need a Kodular Premium subscription to use Kodular Monetize.
Adding Kodular Monetize to your app
Kodular Monetize is not a single component, but a set of components that you can use to monetize your app. As of now, two ad networks are supported:
- Google AdMob
- Google Ad Manager
If you use any of those ad networks’ components, you will be using Kodular Monetize underneath.
What happens if have an unpaid Kodular Monetize invoice?
If you did not pay within 30 days a Kodular Monetize invoice, ad serving will stop in your apps until it gets resolved.
What about rest of the Monetization components e.g start.io,Facebook ads, …
I’m actually working on clarifying this. In docs.kodular.io, you will soon find which components correspond to each plan.
The TLDR is that, eventually all monetization components will be in Monetize. However, due to historical reasons, some are still in Premium. I’ll also update the pricing page to clarify all of this.
@RaYzZz where is that screenshot from? I believe it’s a bit outdated. At least the one in Pricing | Kodular is different.
So what we should expect..? All monetization components will be in monetize ..? And premium will be for development use only..?
Creator > Account > My Account > Premium
As I mentioned, eventually yes. But right now, it depends by Ad Network.
Right now, the split is:
Monetize
| Network | Components |
|---|---|
| Google AdMob | Banner, Interstitial, Rewarded, App Open, Rewarded Interstitial, Native Ad Layout |
| Google Ad Manager | Banner, Interstitial, Rewarded, App Open, Rewarded Interstitial, Native Ad Layout |
| Start.io | Banner, Interstitial, Rewarded, MREC, Cover, Native Ad Layout |
| Unity Ads | Banner, Interstitial, Rewarded |
| AppLovin Max | Banner, MREC, Native, Interstitial, Rewarded, App Open |
| Tapjoy | Offerwall |
Premium
| Network | Components |
|---|---|
| Amazon | Banner, Interstitial |
| Facebook (Meta) | Banner, Interstitial, Rewarded Video |
| AdColony | Interstitial |
| LeadBolt | — |
What I said aligns with what you see there. It clearly tries to point people to use Monetize.
Oops, editing it right now… Thanks!
Thanks for clarification ![]()
@Mr_Fida_Plays documentation has been updated to reflect the split. You can now find the following:
- A dedicated section to explain the differences: Monetization - Kodular Docs
- For each component, an explicit mention to which one applies: Google AdMob Banner - Kodular Docs, Facebook Banner - Kodular Docs
@RaYzZz My Kodular is now updated and aligned with the landing website: my.kodular.io/premium
