Connect dynamic card view with airtable and call with web viewer

Hello everyone my question is that how can make a horizontal dynamic card view with airtable that will open data in web viewer. Here if anyone click on any image from dynamic card view then the url of that connected image will open in web viewer

these are the 4 blocks i want to open the web viewer for multiple URLs that are on airtable when anyone clicks on the image
