Convert APK to AAB?

I generated an APK file and subsequently modified it using APK Editor Studio to remove unwanted permissions. Now, I wish to upload the app to the Play Store, but unfortunately, APK files are not accepted. Therefore, I need to convert the APK file into aab file.
Is there a way to convert apk to aab?

@ThushZan_Pro As far as I know about the complaint you expressed. It can be done by using Google Bundle Tool. You can download the software through Google’s GitHub repository.
