Creating an app store

Hello guys!

I am trying to make an app store for installing android apps, but I have a question.
Which method should I use for the users to uplosd their apk? Maybe cloudinary or airtable?

If i m not wrong then Cloudnary is Best

There have been recently a lot of discussions about what is the best method for doing similar things, you can find them with the search button. As of my experience, Airtable or an own hosted server is the best.
