Custom Webview Download File and Upload file Problem

I have a problem with custom webview which is:

1, Download files
2, Upload files to websites
3, automatic Back background - Custom webview sometimes suddenly black background, how to solve it?

How to do it correctly? It would be helpful if someone could fix this problem.

i have use this, but not working

• storage emulated 0 Download
• /storage/emulated/0/download
• /storage/emulated/0/Download/

permission_list webview camare, location etc.

i have set screen initialize webview background colour white.

but any time webview background dark black colour coming auto
