Customized side menu

I want to make a line in side menu layout like this

This is what I did
I used a vertical arrangement and used component side menu
And use horizontal arrangement with background color grey with 1 percent hight
But the size 1 percent is very more than required is this possible if need more information tell me

just set it to i pixel its enough, i use 1 pexel not 1 Percent
