Daily Challenge #67

No one was making a daily challenge from last few days, so I thought of making it myself,

Challenge:
You are given a pair of linear equations, you need to find whether it will intersect on graph or will it be coincident or parallel.
Example: 2x+3y=60 and 4x+6y=120.
Hence this pair should give output as Coincident.
Another Example: 3x+4y=12 and 6x+10y=60, Output = Intersecting.

Additional Help:
Compare the ratios of two equations to find whether they form parallel, coinciding or intersecting graph.
IF a1/a2 ≠ b1/b2, then intersecting
IF a1/a2 = b1/b2 ≠ c1/c2, then parallel
IF a1/a2 = b1/b2 = c1/c2, then coincident.
