Date Formate Not Support

Hello All
I use Airtable Spreadsheet in my app. You can see it Below…

You see Column DATE. Its is ok, I Use Block to Show Date in Label.

I Use both Method. 1> With WEB URI DECODE 2> Without URI DECODE.
But Both time I Get something Weird Result. You See it Below.

Is anyone Help me to solve this issue?
