When you have access to a laptop or a computer, always use that. App development should be done on computers, not phones.

You probably misunderstood this. What I mean is that you should always use Kodular sites (like My Account) in a laptop or computer, since these sites are intended for computers. The OP is using a mobile, which may cause the site to not work.
