Design help - How to create a box with a thin line border

Hello!

I’m trying to create a text box with a thin border around, like this:

Here are my blocks - I’m trying to use a card inside a card with 0 paddings. I tried to use Elevation, but it does not create a thin line.

Is there a simple way to accomplish this? Maybe other components instead of cards?

The border should be thin gray, and consistent on all sides.

In this pic, the border is thick black, and the right and left borders are thicker than at top and bottom.
