DevYbImage compressor is not working

guys,
This extension is working good.

but suddenly it has stopped.
it is not working.

can any one explain me how can solve this issue ?
why this error is coming ?

Is this Path for all android mobiles accepted ?

u will have to ask permissions. which are:
WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE

dist dir:
/storage/emulated/0/Download/
so its ok
