Difference "not equal to" vs "not is empty"

I want to understand,

  • why is an if condition with “not equal to” not considered
    but a condition
  • “not is empty” is considered
    where is the difference ?
    difference

I didn’t get your doubt

There is no difference between these blocks.
You can use any block

Thanks for your answer,
that’s what I thought too, but for me only the variant with “not is empty” works (at least in companion)

I don’t have any idea about this but both blocks works for me in export apk file.

You may use both. Make sure no space in the block.
