Disable actions on webviewer

I need to show an url using webviewer ( youtube video url). If i call it , how to disable actions on webviewer. Like if youtube video, user only can watch the video…can’t press like or subscribe buttons…

How make it possible…

then why not use Youtube Video player component

I need to show all buttons…but not able to press or click…
