when 4.0 will come release 4.0 now, and fix it in the later updates of it. So the users can get benefits with these stable blocks.
that’s not possible because some of the still common features which are their in the current version isn’t in the 4.0

yes it works perfectly in foreground.
is anything like battery (the device’s optimization, not the apps)optimization turned on? if yes turn that off.
anything that worked with the foreground service should work on both the settings.
How is your device storage? Is it almost full or something like that? because in that case many devices tries to slow down the services

Hi Abdul,
thanks for sending the video, I am not sure why this is not working, the non-foreground services take few seconds to initialize since they are non-visible processes.
