Download progress not changing

        Download component not updating progress when given to a progress bar or progress notification

Steps to reproduce the issue

        Use "When progress changed " option in Download component

Expected Behaviour

        It should update with progress

Actual Behaviour

        it stays on zero

I recommend to fix these corrupted blocks before.

I don’t think those are corrupted, I think they’re just disabled.
