Error 908 READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE

I have error 908 read_external_storage.
I should upload some images from the gallery to Cloudinary.
Can someone help me please?

I also entered the extension

At least the permission now is correct…

Cloudinary and Image Picker component ask it anyway, irrespective of Android version.
