Error downloading files with download block

I have two different code blocks with the same properties. While one works fine, the other does not download files. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t find the problem.
Both files have share permission in Google SpreadSheet.
What could be the problem?

When I manually type the result in the address bar after running the Download URL block, the PDF file downloads. But it doesn’t work on the phone.

I finally solved the problem.
I’m posting here what the solution is to help others as well.
There was a problem with Google Drive advanced sharing settings.
I forgot to tick the second option.
Checking it fixed the problem.
