I got this error while building my app.

Welcome to the community. Next time please use search because this has been anwser many times. Error is caused by missing properties in project settings or minimum SDK is set to 16 instead of 19.

Could not replicate error. Properties are ok and no error occurs

Try this, rtlSupport was missing from project.settings. Now compiles with no problem
