Error on adding payment account in Facebook ads

Hello,
I tried adding Facebook ads in my app and my app was approved by Facebook. I added my payment details but I received an error message "
This platform isn’t supported in this payment account’s region."

The question is what is the reason?

I also had this problem.
It only pays to these regions:

I couldn’t find an alternative solution and they said we should wait when I forward them to them.
