Looks like your hosting is suspended or anything by hosting i think you use 000webhost free account
which url are you using?
does it work in a browser?

This error is common when we use 000webhost because 000webhost service mostly suspended the hosting account when the account is free
You are accessing to a wrong url

I think it is something wrong with your server side acceptance of request something like quota limit exceded or like that…
