Error while using the Tabs Layout

I am getting this error, I have added the screenshot. What is the problem?

I have detected that the Problem is with the Tabs Layout. And with the First Block of Creating New Tab.

When I removed the Block Named “Home” the Problem Solved. But I need this Home Named Block.

What about changing positions from 0-9 to 1-10 ?

The Problem is Solved now. I have done some changes in the Block. Like, I have disabled the first block and then Changed the second block into Home. thats it.

Same I tried different Ways. Even I have tried by Changing the Home Position into 11. But the Same Error App Crashes Everytime I open.
