Error with update (from firebase version code)

Now, my app is version 15.
After add more motocyle data, i change version 16 and uploaded to Google play. When Google play accepted update, i edit version in Firebase from 15 to 16.
When i open my app, i confirm to update
When finished update and open app, is still force to update ?? when i click update, it dont open Google Play, it open somethings like this picture.
Where am i wrong ? Thank you.

Remove the project bucket from the firebase, my app and try
