Why should it be like this?
It could have few MB in mobile data and only enters the community.

It is my daily situation

I’m sure the time since you created this topic was enough for a test. Also, without extension, no one of community members could test it (if it is not private, of course).

If you want to test the extension, then you have MIT App Inventor source which you can compile, get the companion and builder running, and do the testing, all offline.
