Extension cloudinary

Hello, I notice that the cloudinary extension no longer works at. Has there been a change? Because before I send the images to my Google Sheet database without problem, after a while all the form is sent except the image that I captured. Here is how my sending code is structured:

I have the same problem, the Cloudinary component does not send the image, as a consequence it does not generate the URL of the file sent to Cloudinary either.
