Describe your issue
when i upload a image file - ad1.png or ad1.jpg, it always sow upload error. but when i change the name to test1.png or test1.jpg then it gets uploaded.
i dont know why
Steps to reproduce the issue
upload any image file with name as ad1.png or ad2.png (jpg files can be used too)
Expected Behaviour
should upload image with any name given by users
Actual Behaviour
not uploading, getting error while upload
