Format Button and textbox Text partially

How do I format button and textbox text partially? so for example, “[regular]Hi,[/regular], [Bold]Dave[/Bold]” Can I do that?

For button just enable the HTML property from the Advance properties in the designer section and then set the button text as Hi, <b>Dave</b>

I don’t know if we can do the same with text-box in any way because there is no HTML property for text box and I don’t remember any extension for this
