It would really help if you provided a screenshot of your relevant blocks, so we can see what you are trying to do, and where the problem may be.
To get an image of your blocks, right click in the Blocks Editor and select “Download Blocks as Image”. You might want to use an image editor to crop etc. if required. Then post it here in the community.

and in the extension there are only 4 time zones, and my country’s time zone doesn’t exist
Use the above mentioned API with web component and you won’t require timezone thing.
It automatically fetch the time of your timezone based on your IP address AFAIK.
I am not supposed to add all the timezones in extension. It is a just text to be set in property after such guidence even if you can’t do so I don’t think you should make apps. Furthermore, just posting not working and expecting for help is another stupid thing. It took you 2 month to try Timezone property and the result is not working.
