It does not. If I’m correct, it’s there for the distribution when importing the extension or it’s just useless. However I’m assuming that the website from the topic, generate docs based on that, in a nicer and presentable format.
What else is a huge time loss is you asking the same thing twice (after you did basically get an answer).
