For now i am working but i am trying to make my own ad network as others but it will be only limited to my apps so if anyone want to get installs on their app by promotions then just tell me.
Its in development stage so please tell me what i can do to make my ads more efficient and profitable to users as well as me.

If you’re going to allow other advertisers on the platform, you’ll need to make your own Analytics tools, as well as a system of unique IDs. That’ll let you control the ADs to a greater extent.

BTW google uses our activities to show relevant ads for their users.
