Get the percentage of a product

I need to get the discount of some of my products in my application.

I am doing as follows.

But the number is not giving it to me in tens separated by “.” (points)

How can I put the points by tens to the numbers example:

as it currently appears: 1000000000

how I want it to appear: 1,000,000,000

If I am doing the wrong percentage, I would like you to help me with a solution.
