Getting Data From API Without Web Component Action (Initiating From The Server)

Hi Everyone
I’m Using Google Script As A Back-End Side For My App
And API To Send And Getting Information From It
When I Want To Update My TinyDB Component I Can Sending Get Request And Using The “Got Text” Block
But It’s Mean I Need To Send Request Alot Of Times To Stay Up Uptodate

There’s Any Way To Send From The Google Script Platform
If Yes Everytime The BackEnd Changes It Could Send The New Data
