How can we can put notification when our location change to out of radius of circle of google map

are you talking if they are not visible in the map then a notification will be sended

how can we get data from another block
or
sending back the data to global variable
I tried to assign value to global variable but it still have value 0 when I use on another block
pls show the whole event or function
if there is something important then pls cut it and then send
